The commercial division of Rosetto Realty is involved with the sale and leasing of commercial and retail properties. Through detailed market research, personal interviews, demographic investigation and other data examination such as traffic flow, area shopping habits and competitive analysis, Rosetto Realty has been successful in pinpointing desirable locations for numerous national clients. The Commercial Real Management Division
Rosetto Realty manages numerous retail and professional / corporate buildings throughout the Ocean county area. Management services include complete interior and exterior maintenance, exterior landscaping, bookkeeping, bill payment and rent collections. As part of the service a detailed monthly report and complete financial summary is provided to clients.
